Anja (she/her) - Founder & Lead Artist
Responsible for art direction at Xena & Kin whose values are followed by the studio itself, she's a gentle cat loving pink girly girl and dreams of living off of her art from a tiny cottage in Switzerland.
Anja is the heart of the system. As its hostess, she has close bonds with every member and regularly seeks better ways to manage life together. She's a fan of knitting, cozy strategic games and lots of drawing.
Jack (he/him) - Financial Vetter
He puts his penny pinching tendencies to work by verifying financial reports from Xenon and aids the two founders in their financial strategy and decisions.
Jack is a calm, impartial and rational father figure to the system with whom we frequently seek advice and grounding moments. He's a tea enthusiast and detail oriented person, carefully planning his way around chores and his rare interactions with the outside world
Czar (he/him) - Creative Consultant
Czar's Xena & Kin's musician with a close bond to Anja. He helps her creatively and offers career advice when needed, regularly checking in on her art practice and process as her strict but loving mentor.
A musician and theologist at heart, Czar spends his time learning about various religions and engages in practices of his own. Ever since joining the system, he's been refining his piano and musical theory skills to reach the level he has in our inner world as a famous composer and pianist.
Xenon (he/him) - Founder & Operations Manager
In mid 2021, Xenon came up with the idea of running an art business with Anja and has since worked as our accountant, business strategist and inventory manager. He works his passion for statistics and spreadsheets (yes, you read that right) while listening to content surrounding his hobbies of aviation, submarine technology and other niche topics. He's the charming social guy of the system, attending public events and interacting with strangers.
Leo (he/him)-Operations Consultant, Secretary
When you hear back from us in your inbox, it's most likely Leo. A stickler for rituals and routines, Leo's both a social man in person and through screens. He regularly filters our inbox and answers our emails.
He gained a real sense for organisation and admin through his work in our inner world and helps Xenon with resource management. In his free time, Leo keeps himself updated with various news sources over tea, keeps us fit with workouts and stays in touch with our personal relationships.
Ferris (he/him) - Helper
Ferris runs about, helping wherever he can. He frequently packs orders, reorganises our workspace and personally ships off your orders on his grocery runs.
In daily life, he takes care of our younger system member, nurturing and healing our inner child along with them. He's formed close bonds with many members and regularly creates favourite recipes of ours for dinner.

Anja: She's known for most of our illustration work and her vibrant artstyle.
She loves illustrating humanoid characters and animals.
Jack: A fan of fineliners and graphite, he enjoys delving into the details around him in his realistic illustrations of animals, architecture and landscapes.
Czar: Our own musician, he's currently relearning music theory and piano through regularly lending keyboards from our art school.
Goliath: A fan of nature elements, he illustrates insects and plants like no other... and is also great at drawing women, in contrast to the rest of us, for some reason.
Ferris: He's a fan of cute animals and regularly draws them in our sketchbooks.
Xavier: A fan of cute pencil illustrations, his doodles can be spotted in sketchbooks.
Techna: A science girl, she happily illustrates animals such as our manta ray merch.
Michael: Ever since entering art school, Michael has discovered his love for painting and is regularly assisted by Leo in his increasingly large canvas pieces. He has a passion for painting strong emotional portraits as he overcomes trauma through art.
Shu: They are our little cosmic deer, whom you may spot the unique artstyle of in our doodles and cosmic deer comics. Permanently deadpan, they express themselves most through their comedic comics and occasional "woo" whenever something excites them.
Left: Our biblically accurate friend is behind our equally biblically accurate angel merch and frequently doodles himself in all his possible appearances.
